English users can ignore this file as it only contains files to make alien language versions english. In other words if you run a french or german version you can use this file to make it an english version.

Instructions:

Extract the file simply by doubleclicking it.

After it installed you find 3 "reg" files called 
PE_to_english.reg
PE_to_german.reg
PE_to_french.reg

Double click pe_to_english and it will activate the english language. To return to your language double click the appropriate file. Note: its possible some voice files remain in english after you installed this. To reverse to your original language completely you need to reinstall.
